How Form Submission Triggers Work
When automation triggers on form submission:
Form submission:
- Customer submits form
- Form submission is detected
- Trigger conditions are checked
Automation activation:
- Automation triggers if conditions match
- Actions are executed
- Follow-up communications are sent
Workflow execution:
- Automation runs configured actions
- Customer receives automated communications
- Workflow is completed
Tips
- Use form submission triggers for lead follow-up
- Configure specific forms for targeted automations
- Use "any form" for general workflows
- Set up email actions for form submissions
- Review automation execution history
