    • Only Run Once is enabled

  • Tracks customer execution
  • Skips customers who already received it

How Only Run Once Works

When Only Run Once is enabled:

  1. First execution:

    • Automation runs when trigger conditions are met
    • Customer receives automation actions
    • Execution is recorded
  2. Subsequent triggers:

    • Automation checks if customer already received it
    • Skips execution if customer already received it
    • Prevents duplicate communications
  3. Tracking:

    • System tracks which customers received automation
    • Execution history shows customers
    • Prevents re-execution

Tips

  • Use Only Run Once for welcome emails, onboarding, etc.
  • Prevents duplicate communications
  • Improves customer experience
  • Reduces email fatigue
  • Review execution history to verify
