The Migration Process
Step 1: Export from Zen Planner
- Log into Zen Planner
- Export your customer data as CSV
- Export attendance/session data
- Export payment history
Step 2: Prepare Your Data
- Review the CSV files
- Clean up any formatting issues
- Map columns to Zipper's import format
Step 3: Import into Zipper
Use Zipper's bulk import tools:
- Go to CRM > Roster Processing > Bulk Customer Creator
- Upload your customer CSV
- Map columns to customer fields
- Process the import
For subscriptions:
- Use Bulk Subscription Starter for active memberships
- Use Stripe Importer to sync payment methods
Step 4: Verify the Import
- Spot-check customer profiles
- Verify payment history appears correctly
- Check that attendance data transferred

- Export everything: Get all historical data even if you don't think you need it
- Test first: Import a small batch first to verify the process
- Map carefully: Take time to correctly map Zen Planner fields to Zipper fields
