    • Type (number, date, text)
    • Description

Milestone Ideas to Track

Consider tracking milestones like:

  • 50 classes: A significant attendance milestone
  • 100 classes: Major achievement
  • 1 year anniversary: Membership anniversary
  • 5 years: Long-term loyalty milestone
  • Referrals made: Number of friends referred
  • Challenges completed: Special program completions

Automating Milestone Recognition

You can set up automations to:

  1. Send congratulation emails at milestones
  2. Add tags when customers hit milestones
  3. Trigger staff notifications for personal recognition

Go to Automations and create triggers based on metric values.

Tips

  • Be consistent: Decide which milestones you'll track and stick to them
  • Celebrate publicly: Consider a "milestone wall" or social media recognition
  • Reward milestones: Offer perks like free classes or merchandise
  • Review regularly: Periodically check for customers approaching milestones
