How to Customize Client Profile Milestones and Metrics
You can track and display milestones like "50 classes attended" or "1 year anniversary" on customer profiles. Here's how to customize these metrics.
Viewing Customer Metrics
Step 1: Open the Customer Profile
- Go to CRM in the left sidebar
- Search for and click on a customer
- Open their full profile
Step 2: Find the Metrics Section
Look for the metrics or details section, typically on the left side of the profile. You'll see information like:
- Classes attended
- Total spend
- Member since date
- Custom metrics you've defined
Editing Customer Metrics
Step 1: Access Profile Details
