- Customers see address or meeting link
- Location helps customers know where to go
In appointment details:
- Location is displayed in appointment information
- Customers can view location details
- Location is included in confirmations
For virtual appointments:
- Meeting link is provided
- Customers can access virtual appointments
- Link is included in confirmations
Tips
- Assign locations that match where appointments actually occur
- Use virtual locations for online appointments
- Use physical locations for in-person appointments
- Update locations if appointment locations change
- Create multiple locations for different appointment types
