- Customers can register for the new sessions
How New Sessions Are Generated
When you add a time slot:
Sessions are created automatically:
- One session for each occurrence of the day/time
- Based on the date range you specified
- Example: Monday 6pm from Jan 1 to Mar 31 = ~13 sessions
Sessions inherit class settings:
- Same payment options
- Same registration form
- Same capacity limits
- Same waitlist settings
Sessions are ready immediately:
- Appear on your calendar
- Available for customer registration
- Follow the class's payment and registration rules
Tips
- Add time slots to expand class availability without creating new classes
- Use different time slots for different instructors or locations
- Set appropriate date ranges to control when sessions are generated
- Review generated sessions to ensure they're correct
- You can edit or remove time slots later if needed
