How to Add a Form to a Website Page
You can add contact forms, lead capture forms, or other forms directly to your website pages using the site editor.
Steps to Add a Form
Step 1: Create Your Form First
If you haven't already:
- Go to Forms in the left sidebar
- Click Create Form
- Add the fields you need
- Save the form
Step 2: Open the Site Editor
- Go to Sites in the left sidebar
- Select your site
- Click Edit to open the site editor
Step 3: Navigate to the Page
- Find the page where you want to add the form
- Or create a new page for the form
Step 4: Add a Form Block
- Look for the option to add a new section or block
- Find the Form block or Lead Form block
- Add it to your page
Step 5: Select Your Form
- In the block settings, select which form to display
- Choose from your saved forms
- Configure any display options (styling, button text, etc.)
Step 6: Publish
- Save your page changes
- Publish your site to make the form live
Form Display Options
Depending on your form block, you may be able to:
- Customize the submit button text
- Add a success message after submission
- Style the form to match your site
- Set the form width and alignment
What Happens When Someone Submits
When a visitor submits the form:
- Their response is saved in Zipper
- You can view submissions in the Forms section
- If configured, automations can trigger (email notifications, lead creation, etc.)

- Contact form: General inquiries
- Lead capture: Collect potential customer info
- Class interest: Let visitors request class information
- Newsletter signup: Build your email list
- Feedback: Collect customer feedback

- Keep forms short: Fewer fields = more completions
- Make it visible: Place forms prominently on the page
- Mobile-friendly: Test how the form looks on mobile
- Thank the visitor: Configure a clear success message
Troubleshooting
Form not showing?
- Make sure you published the site after adding the form
- Check that the form block has a form selected
Submissions not appearing?
- Verify the form is properly connected in the block settings
- Check the Forms section for recent submissions
